Duronto EMS-এ স্বাগতম! এই ব্যবহার শর্তাবলী আপনাকে আমাদের ওয়েব-ভিত্তিক শিক্ষা ব্যবস্থাপনা সিস্টেম ব্যবহারে নির্দেশনা প্রদান করে, যা Durjoysoft কর্তৃক পরিচালিত। আমাদের সিস্টেমে প্রবেশ বা ব্যবহার করে আপনি নিম্নে উল্লেখিত শর্তাবলীতে সম্মতি জানাচ্ছেন।

শর্তাবলীর গ্রহণযোগ্যতা (Acceptance of Terms)

Duronto EMS-এ রেজিস্ট্রেশন বা ব্যবহার করে, আপনি এই শর্তাবলীতে সম্পূর্ণরূপে সম্মতি প্রদান করছেন। যদি আপনি এই শর্তাবলীর কোনো অংশে সম্মত না হন, তবে আপনি আমাদের সেবা ব্যবহার করতে পারবেন না।
(By registering or using Duronto EMS, you fully accept these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of the terms, you may not use our service.)

সেবা বিষয়ক (Services Offered)

Duronto EMS শিক্ষা প্রতিষ্ঠানকে শিক্ষার্থী, ফলাফল, ক্লাস, শিক্ষক ও প্রশাসনিক কাজ পরিচালনার জন্য ডিজিটাল টুল সরবরাহ করে। সেবা উন্নয়নের লক্ষ্যে সময় সময় নতুন ফিচার বা আপডেট প্রদান করা হতে পারে।
(Duronto EMS offers digital tools for managing students, results, classes, staff, and administrative activities in educational institutions. New features and updates may be added over time for improvement.)

ব্যবহারকারীর দায়িত্ব (User Responsibilities)

ব্যবহারকারীরা তাদের অ্যাকাউন্টের তথ্য নিরাপদ রাখার জন্য দায়ী। (Users are responsible for keeping their account credentials secure.)

রেজিস্ট্রেশনের সময় এবং ব্যবহারকালে সঠিক তথ্য প্রদান বাধ্যতামূলক। (Accurate information must be provided during registration and use.)

সিস্টেমটি কোনো অবৈধ বা অননুমোদিত কার্যক্রমে ব্যবহার করা যাবে না। (The system must not be used for any illegal or unauthorized purposes.)

তথ্য গোপনীয়তা (Data Privacy)

আমরা ব্যবহারকারীর তথ্য সুরক্ষায় প্রতিশ্রুতিবদ্ধ। সকল ব্যক্তিগত ও প্রাতিষ্ঠানিক তথ্য আমাদের গোপনীয়তা নীতিমালা অনুযায়ী সংরক্ষণ ও ব্যবস্থাপনা করা হবে। তথ্যের মালিকানা ব্যবহারকারীর উপরেই থাকবে।

সফটওয়্যার আপডেট ও প্রাপ্যতা (Software Updates and Availability)

Duronto EMS নিয়মিত আপডেট, বাগ ফিক্স বা নতুন ফিচার রিলিজ করতে পারে। যদিও আমরা সর্বদা সেবা চালু রাখার চেষ্টা করি, তবে রক্ষণাবেক্ষণ বা প্রযুক্তিগত সমস্যার কারণে সেবা সাময়িকভাবে বন্ধ থাকতে পারে।
(Duronto EMS may release regular updates, bug fixes, or new features. While we strive to ensure continuous service, temporary interruptions may occur due to maintenance or technical issues.)

বুদ্ধিবৃত্তিক সম্পত্তি (Intellectual Property)

Duronto EMS-এর সব কোড, কনটেন্ট, ডিজাইন এবং সফটওয়্যার Durjoysoft এবং এর অংশীদারদের মেধাস্বত্ব। পূর্বানুমতি ছাড়া এগুলো অনুলিপি, পরিবর্তন বা বিতরণ করা যাবে না।
(All code, content, design, and software of Duronto EMS are intellectual property of Durjoysoft and its partners. They may not be copied, modified, or distributed without prior permission.)

দায় সীমাবদ্ধতা (Limitation of Liability)

Duronto EMS ব্যবহার করার সময় ব্যবহারকারীর ডেটা ক্ষতি, পরিষেবা ব্যাহত হওয়া বা অননুমোদিত অ্যাক্সেসের কারণে কোনও ক্ষতি হলে, Durjoysoft, মোঃ আবু ফিরোজ এবং এর অংশীদাররা দায়ী থাকবে না।
(Durjoysoft, Md. Abu Firoz and its partners will not be liable for any loss to the user due to any data loss, service interruption or unauthorized access while using Duronto EMS.)

মূল্য নির্ধারণ ও পেমেন্ট (Pricing and Payment)

Duronto EMS একটি সাবস্ক্রিপশন ভিত্তিক সফটওয়্যার, যার বিভিন্ন ফিচার ও সুবিধা নির্দিষ্ট মূল্যে প্রদান করা হয়। আমাদের মূল্যের তালিকা ওয়েবসাইটে প্রকাশিত এবং যে কোনো সময় তা পরিবর্তন করার অধিকার Durjoysoft সংরক্ষণ করে।
(Duronto EMS is a subscription-based software that provides various features and services at specific prices. Our pricing list is available on the website and is subject to change at any time by Durjoysoft.)

পেমেন্ট অবশ্যই নির্ধারিত সময়ের মধ্যে সম্পন্ন করতে হবে।
(Payments must be made within the designated time frame.)

নির্দিষ্ট সময় পর পেমেন্ট না করলে, অ্যাকাউন্ট সাময়িকভাবে স্থগিত হতে পারে।
(Failure to make timely payments may result in temporary suspension of your account.)

সকল মূল্য বাংলাদেশী টাকায় (BDT) নির্ধারণ করা হয়, এবং VAT/Tax প্রয়োজনে যুক্ত হতে পারে।
(All prices are listed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) and may include VAT/Tax where applicable.)

কোনো গ্রাহক যদি নির্দিষ্ট সময়ের মধ্যে চুক্তি বাতিল করেন, রিফান্ড নীতিমালা অনুযায়ী তা প্রযোজ্য হবে।
(If a user cancels their subscription within a certain period, the Refund Policy will apply.)

রিফান্ড নীতিমালা (Refund Policy)

Duronto EMS গ্রাহকদের সন্তুষ্টি নিশ্চিত করতে প্রতিশ্রুতিবদ্ধ। তবে যেহেতু এটি একটি সফটওয়্যার ভিত্তিক ডিজিটাল পরিষেবা, তাই রিফান্ড নীতিমালা নির্দিষ্ট সীমার মধ্যে সীমাবদ্ধ।
(Duronto EMS is committed to ensuring customer satisfaction. However, as this is a software-based digital service, the refund policy is subject to specific conditions.)

রিফান্ড পাওয়ার শর্তাবলী (Eligibility for Refund):

যদি কোনো গ্রাহক পেমেন্ট করার 3 দিনের মধ্যে সেবা বাতিল করেন এবং কোনো গুরুত্বপূর্ণ ফিচার ব্যবহার না করে থাকেন, তাহলে রিফান্ডের জন্য আবেদন করতে পারবেন। এক্ষেত্রে সর্বোচ্চ ৮০% পর্যন্ত রিফান্ড করা হতে পারে। এছাড়াও আমাদের প্ল্যাটফর্মে থার্ড পার্টির কোন পরিষেবা ব্যবহার করলে তার খরচ কেটে রাখা হবে।
(If a customer cancels the service within 3 days of making the payment and has not used any important features, they can apply for a refund. In this case, a maximum of 80% refund can be given. Also, if any third-party services are used on our platform, their costs will be deducted.)

রিফান্ড কেবলমাত্র প্রথমবারের সাবস্ক্রিপশন ক্রয়ের ক্ষেত্রে প্রযোজ্য হবে।
(Refunds are only applicable for the first-time subscription purchase.)

এককালীন রেজিস্ট্রেশন ফি ও পুনঃসাবস্ক্রিপশন বা রিনিউয়ালের ক্ষেত্রে রিফান্ড প্রযোজ্য নয়।
Refunds are not applicable for one-time registration fees and re-subscriptions or renewals.

রিফান্ড সংক্রান্ত Duronto EMS কর্তৃপক্ষের সকল সিদ্ধান্ত চূড়ান্ত বলে বিবেচিত হবে।
All decisions of the Duronto EMS authorities regarding refunds will be considered final.

সেবা বাতিল (Termination)

যদি কোনো ব্যবহারকারী এই শর্তাবলী লঙ্ঘন করেন বা সিস্টেমটি অপব্যবহার করেন, তবে আমরা তাদের অ্যাক্সেস সাময়িক বা স্থায়ীভাবে বন্ধ করার অধিকার সংরক্ষণ করি।
(We reserve the right to suspend or permanently terminate user access if these terms are violated or the system is misused.)

শর্তাবলীর পরিবর্তন (Changes to Terms)

আমরা সময় সময় এই শর্তাবলী আপডেট করতে পারি। গুরুত্বপূর্ণ পরিবর্তনের বিষয়ে ব্যবহারকারীদের অবহিত করা হবে। পরিবর্তনের পরও সেবা ব্যবহার করা মানে হচ্ছে আপনি নতুন শর্তাবলী মেনে নিচ্ছেন।
(We may update these Terms and Conditions periodically. Users will be notified of significant changes. Continued use after changes implies acceptance of the new terms.)

প্রযোজ্য আইন (Governing Law)

এই শর্তাবলী বাংলাদেশের প্রচলিত আইন অনুযায়ী পরিচালিত ও ব্যাখ্যা করা হবে। কোনো বিরোধের ক্ষেত্রে বাংলাদেশের আদালতেই এর নিষ্পত্তি হবে।
(These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the laws of Bangladesh. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Bangladesh.)
